Bought brand new furniture and motor for love sofa went out after a couple of months. Had warranty contacted customer support. tech came out and ordered part. Waited several weeks and new tech came to install part. Part ordered was incorrect. Now we can't find out status of when furniture going to get fixed. Station in afghanistan and called but no assistance as of 5 different calls and promises family would get call. Will not ever buy from this placw again and recommend everyone to read not just this review but all reviews. Most state bad cusromer support, now I understand why. Don't shop at this place. Called them serveral times : no follow-up calls - still waiting on answer. Unsatified Customer

The prices are so incredible and the merchandise is first rate! There is no comparison with other showrooms in the area. Sales people are attentive without being intrusive. You can look or buy and have a pleasant, unharried experience.
